Our operations are built around speed, reliability, and scalability, ensuring that Amazon’s customers receive their orders promptly, regardless of the volume. We currently operate across 15 hubs located around Kolkata, Ranchi, and Bhubaneshwar, with plans for continued expansion. Each hub serves as the nucleus of our operations, where packages are sorted, routed, and dispatched to our team of delivery associates for final delivery. This streamlined network allows us to manage deliveries efficiently, ensuring Amazon customers receive the best service possible.
Our 350+ delivery associates play an integral role in ensuring that every package reaches its destination on time and in perfect condition. These delivery associates are the driving force behind our operations, and we continually invest in their training and development to meet the high standards Amazon customers expect.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we actively support the Green India objective by integrating electric vehicle (EV) scooters into our delivery fleet. By using EVs, we are not only reducing our carbon footprint but also promoting cleaner, more sustainable transportation. Additionally, we offer employment opportunities to individuals who may not have the means to own bikes, helping them earn a livelihood while contributing to environmental goals.
